Boudewijn (“Bou”) is a partner in the London office and a co-leader of our Growth, Marketing & Sales Practice in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). He has broad experience in growth transformations, both for large corporations and private equity-owned assets. His experience spans a broad range of B2B industries, including electronics, chemicals, agriculture, food, and semiconductors, to name just a few.
Bou is passionate about growth strategies, go-to-market, sales, pricing, and commercial capability building. In addition to his client work, Bou also spearheads knowledge and insights related to profitable growth. He drives research to develop the Growth, Marketing & Sales Practice’s perspectives on commercial best practices.
Previously, Bou led the Growth, Marketing & Sales Practice in the Amsterdam office, and before joining McKinsey, he worked as a procurement expert.
