About Anton

Anton joined McKinsey in 2007. He leads projects to improve operational performance and capital productivity in resource production, processing and transportation, as well as strategy development, improvement of production performance and refinement of organizational models for the upstream segments of oil & gas companies.

Examples of recent projects:

  • execution of a program to improve operational processes at onshore brownfield sites for the national oil & gas company of a CIS country; 
  • assessment of strategic fit for a large Russian industrial company; 
  • development of an exploration and production strategy for a large Russian oil & gas company; 
  • diagnostics and program development to help an oil & gas company boots its exploration and production efficiency at onshore and offshore assets in Russia, Europe, China and the Middle East, including initiatives for cutting opex, well stimulation and enhanced oil recovery.

Prior to joining McKinsey, Anton worked at Schlumberger Oilfield Services.

He holds a PhD in physical and mathematical sciences (specialist in liquid, gas and plasma mechanics).
