Andrea is a partner in McKinsey’s London office and a core leader in the Life Sciences Practice. He coleads the firm’s biologic operations work, serving leaders across the ecosystem, including at pharmaceutical companies, biotechs, service providers, investors, and institutions.
His client service focuses on designing and executing manufacturing and investment strategies, large-scale operational excellence programs, and company growth roadmaps. Andrea is at the forefront of manufacturing excellence in biopharma, with expertise encompassing a broad set of technologies—from monoclonal antibodies to cell and gene therapies.
Prior to joining McKinsey, Andrea worked with General Electric in operational excellence.
