Amritha is a partner in McKinsey’s Southern California office and leads our healthcare revenue excellence sector, which focuses on revenue-cycle management, managed care, growth, and M&A topics. She works with healthcare providers, including regional hospital systems, children’s hospitals, and physician organizations, as well as private-equity investors.

Amritha brings a technology and advanced-analytics lens to help organizations develop and implement holistic growth strategies and operational improvements. Some of her recent client work includes the following:

  • supporting multiple health systems in implementing growth and revenue transformations, enabling long-term bold moves, and near-term improvements in top-line health
  • developing a referral-analytics online product to create customized insights and opportunities in business development for private-equity portfolio companies
  • leading a ten-year vision, strategic planning, and board retreat for a large public hospital

Amritha volunteers with the Power of Love Foundation to help low-income communities in Zambia receive access to healthcare, malaria nets, and microloans. She also enjoys running, cooking, and going on adventures with her partner and young children.
