Alex leads McKinsey’s Retail Practice in Asia. He supports leading consumer and retail companies through commercial transformations and new business building in e-commerce for physical retail, M&A, organic growth, and technology enablement.

In addition to driving the firm’s research on innovation in retail in China, Alex is the cochair of McKinsey’s annual Internet & Innovation Academy event in China.

Alex is an astrophysics enthusiast and a passionate basketball player.
