Why Join Next Generation Women Leaders EMEA

Inspiring three-day virtual event

McKinsey Academy Learnings

All Next Generation Women Leaders 2022 participants will have access to McKinsey Academy, which helps organizations equip their people with the needed skills to achieve and sustain transformational impact. Our programs focus on sustaining transformational change. We do this by building capabilities and changing day-to-day mindsets and behaviors through a broad range of techniques, including digital and virtual programs, reflection exercises, and simulations. This approach helps individuals acquire new mindsets and skills, apply these in the context of real work and build new habits that drive and sustain lasting change.

You will have a chance to participate in training sessions with McKinsey consultants, addressing important topics around communication and impact.

Next Generation Women Leaders 10th anniversary

During this year’s event to celebrate our anniversary, 10 participants will have a chance* to win €10, 000** each. These funds are meant to be used to support academic or professional development or can be donated to a charity of your choice (preferably supporting women).

* Conditions apply
** €10, 000 or local-currency equivalent; the award is in gross amount and will be subject to local taxation

Our NGWL events are intended for individuals who self-identify as women. They are just a few of our many worldwide programs aimed at helping candidates get to know McKinsey better.

If you don’t fit our criteria for these events, please stay tuned to our social media feeds for more opportunities to connect in the future, subscribe to our careers blog for job alerts, and apply for one of our open roles that’s a better fit for your background, skill set, and experience level.

Agenda

Next Generation Women Leaders EMEA will begin the evening of Thursday, May 5 with welcome words, an opportunity to ask questions, and ample time to get to know one another in an informal setting. Across the next two days, May 6 – 7, attendees will participate in interactive workshops, hear from inspirational speakers and work with facilitators to further shape their leadership style, helping them become trailblazers in their personal and professional lives. During the program attendees will have an opportunity not only to learn more about McKinsey and leadership skills but also focus on personal development, in particular confidence and effective communication skills. The program will continue with weekly workshops and informative virtual sessions throughout May and June.
