Core to our values is a commitment to help achieve meaningful social impact.

One key priority is the development of future leaders. In Malaysia we helped launch the Youth Leadership Academy in 2007; this 12-week development programme has already enabled more than 200 undergraduates from leading Malaysian universities build leadership skills to inspire others and drive change.

Malaysia has a vision to achieve a developed nation status by 2020, and McKinsey in Malaysia is committed to help the country’s public sector address its most pressing strategic challenges, especially those related to economic and social development.
