- advising a Middle East real estate megaproject on end-to-end delivery, including building materials partnership strategies, innovative execution methods (e.g., modular construction), and a comprehensive blueprint for digitizing project assurance
- guiding a top-20 global engineering and construction (E&C) company through a digital transformation program, value engineering, procurement excellence, and strategic business development
- supporting a leading Middle East sovereign wealth fund with key interventions to secure supply chains and localize the production of building materials over the next five to ten years
