- serving as a regional representative for the World Economic Forum’s Lighthouse Initiative, where he has played an instrumental role in the certification of more than five manufacturing lighthouses
- leading a technology-enabled transformation for a mining and metals player in the Gulf Corporation Council, combining lean operations, IT-OT integration, and AI at scale to double EBITDA within three years
- partnering with a government entity to transform the manufacturing sector, helping unlock more than $10 billion in foreign investment and more than $25 billion in domestic investment, while driving initiatives to improve sector competitiveness
- delivering more than $500 million in EBIT impact for an integrated logistics and supply chain player through operating-model improvements, lean transformation, and frontline technology enablement
- leading an agentic-AI-enabled transformation for a GCC utility across generation, transmission, distribution, and consumer verticals, delivering a 10 percent EBITDA improvement over the transformation period
- spearheading more than ten operations and supply chain transformations across the region, achieving total impact exceeding $5 billion.
