Dedicated to client success, she has collaborated with both public- and private-sector entities in petrochemical commodity, specialty, and conversion chemicals. Alexandra is an expert in assisting clients with strategy, growth, sustainability, digital and analytical transformation, operating model enhancements, and innovation.

Passionate about empowering the future of the Middle East’s chemicals sector, Alexandra leverages her extensive industry knowledge to foster collaboration throughout the whole ecosystem. She is particularly dedicated to helping advance manufacturing clients in the region, focusing on driving the Industry 4.0 agenda, enhancing operations, and implementing use-cases for sustained growth and operational excellence.

With a PhD in chemistry and prior experience as a research scientist at the University of Oxford, Alexandra seamlessly integrates scientific rigor with innovative business strategies, offering clients an effective and comprehensive approach.

Alexandra’s recent client projects include the following:

  • helping craft a national petrochemicals strategy and roadmap for a Gulf Cooperation Counsel (GCC) country
  • accelerating investments in collaboration with various petrochemical projects in the GCC
  • assisting chemical companies in the GCC, Europe, and Asia in designing growth strategies with a focus on M&A and partnership options
  • guiding a GCC-based petrochemical company through the formulation of both blue and green hydrogen strategies
  • collaborating with a leading petrochemical company in the GCC on sustainability strategies
  • conducting Smart Industry Readiness Assessments (SIRI) for multiple industrial enterprises in the GCC
  • aiding with innovation strategies and R&D efficiency programs for chemical companies
  • collaborating on digital and advanced analytics-enabled transformations for chemical, O&G, and other industrial clients
