Noriko is a leader in the People & Organizational Performance Practice in Japan. She supports clients on an array of issues, including strategy, company-wide transformations, operational improvement, and leadership evaluation and training, primarily for the transportation and logistics and manufacturing sectors.

She designs and implements organizational-transformation projects and capability-building programs, particularly in demand among traditional Japanese companies, while she also conducts comparative research on corporate practices and cultures in Europe, Japan, and the United States.

Noriko has recently lead projects for the firm’s RTS work and supported clients with postmerger management.
