Hiro serves technology, media, and telecommunications companies and tech-enabled industries. He focuses on digital strategy, digital transformation, digital new business building, and core-technology transformation. On this issue, he leads multiple transformation programs.  

He leads the firm’s digital capability-building work in Japan and helps clients—from top executives and field managers to digital experts—develop internal capabilities that drive and accelerate digital transformation.

Examples of Hiro’s recent client projects include the following:

  • developing the five-year growth strategy for a technology company
  • designing a new digital business with advanced-analytics technology
  • helping a traditional Japanese company build a digital capability-building program and internal digital academy, which included top executives and field managers
  • shaping a two-year core-technology transformation program and supporting its implementation
