Swati is a partner at McKinsey's Gurugram office and a core leader of our Technology, Media & Telecommunications Practice. She works with a variety of companies across technology services, business process outsourcing (BPO), software as a service (SaaS), and helps deliver growth through commercial excellence. She has deep expertise on sales excellence, deals acceleration, talent transformation, and operating models, and uses this to capture a fair share of digital disruption-led opportunities.
She works closely with private equity funds on transactions and portfolio transformations to unlock value via capital markets.
