A partner based out of our Mumbai office, Ankur leads McKinsey’s Lifesciences Practice in India and our growth work for generics players globally. Ankur is also part of McKinsey’s digital and analytics leadership team in India, focusing on driving digital transformation for established businesses.

Over a career spanning 15+ years, Ankur has worked with multiple leading generics players, both in India and globally, and has helped them drive integrated transformation in their business by helping re-shape their strategy, driving performance transformation across the value chain (including Commercial transformation, R&D effectiveness, Operations), and building new businesses.
