Our assessment model is a two-way process: it helps us learn about you as a potential colleague, and helps you learn about McKinsey and what you could do here.
The first stage of our assessment process includes an assessment game, Solve. It is approximately 60 minutes and can be completed online. It’s set in a gamified environment, and there is no preparation needed to prepare.
Candidates invited to the interview phase will meet with McKinsey colleagues to discuss personal experience examples and demonstrate problem-solving skills through a client scenario.
