E-scooters

For instance, we did a holistic review of the long-term strategy of a micromobility provider, analyzing over 40,000 data points to assess new market opportunities.
E-mopeds
To advance the electrification of mopeds, we are helping clients scale and improve their business. For example, we partnered with a client to help expand their business and dealership network across more than ten European countries.
Minimobility
Minimobility includes all L6 and L7 types of vehicles, including microcars, tri-/ quadricycles, and golf carts. We assisted a client, for instance, in developing their equity story, which included market sizing, value proposition, and business case assessment, and established connections with potential investors.
Other two-/three wheelers and quadricycles
