Tim Koller is a partner emeritus at McKinsey & Company and senior adviser to the firm. He is the founder of McKinsey's Strategy and Corporate Finance Insights team and coauthor of the bestselling book Valuation: Measuring and Managing the Value of Companies, now in its eighth edition. In his more than 40 years of consulting, he has served clients globally on corporate strategy and capital markets, M&A and divestitures, and resource allocation.
Andy West
Andy West is a senior partner in McKinsey’s Boston office, where he coleads the Strategy and Corporate Finance Practice globally. A consultant for more than 30 years, he serves executives and organizations on strategy, innovation, portfolio management, M&A and divestitures, and capital markets. He speaks and publishes regularly on strategy and corporate finance topics and has led more than a decade of research on how M&A can create value.
Whitney Zimmerman
Whitney Zimmerman is McKinsey's first distinguished expert in strategy. He directs the firm's research on strategy practices and the capabilities of strategically effective organizations. He leads McKinsey's counseling of strategy executives and speaks and publishes regularly on the discipline of strategy leadership. He previously worked in semiconductor manufacturing, managed product launches at BMW, and founded an AI startup.
