Schwarzman Scholar Masters Degree Candidates

Business analysts play an active role in many aspects of client engagements, including fact gathering, analysis, client communications, making recommendations, and implementation. You will collaborate with senior consultants, client managers, and executives on every part of the consulting process, from brainstorming ideas to working side-by-side with clients to implement team recommendations.

Freshman Diversity Leadership Academy Deadline

 The McKinsey Freshman Diversity Leadership Academy aims to support talented Black, African American, Hispanic, Latino, and/or Native American college freshmen in their professional growth. Through a 1.5 day program, participants will build their leadership, team problem-solving, and case preparation skills. In addition, they will learn more about the management consulting industry, careers at McKinsey, and our application process.

The program will take place Friday, April 5th through Saturday, April 6th in Norwalk, CT. Travel expenses will be covered.

Schwarzman Scholars typically join us as business analysts or fellows as an integral part of our client service teams. Some stay for 2 or 3 years before returning to graduate school to earn their MBA/an additional advanced degree or gaining further work experience, others stay on and continue to advance at the firm.
