Team Assistant

Job ID: 106745

Do you want to work on complex and pressing challenges—the kind that bring together curious, ambitious, and determined leaders who strive to become better every day? If this sounds like you, you’ve come to the right place.

Your Impact

As a Team Assistant, you will be part of a team that is passionate about delivering exceptional administrative, organizational, and logistical support. You will enable our colleagues and our firm to operate efficiently and fulfill its purpose to help create positive, enduring change in the world.
Based in our office in Jakarta, you will work with consultants, function leaders, peer assistants, and other colleagues across the globe on tasks with international reach. You will support managers and partners who are based in offices other than yours and collaborate with your team of assistants in Jakarta.
You’ll build meaningful, collaborative relationships with teammates and colleagues who rely on your administrative support. As a Team Assistant, you’ll support multiple client service teams simultaneously throughout their client engagements, partnering closely with colleagues to help them use their time effectively.
You’ll manage complex calendars, schedule meetings across multiple time zones, proactively resolve conflicts, and coordinate detailed travel arrangements, applying strong multitasking, organizational, and judgment skills to meet critical administrative and logistical needs. Working closely with other Assistants, you’ll ensure clear communication and coordination of meetings, deadlines, and leadership interactions, serving as a key liaison between engagement leaders, team members, and client teams.
You’ll produce well-organized and accurate deliverables such as contact lists and client or team trackers and liaise with internal teams and external vendors to support day-to-day operations. You’ll maintain professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality when handling sensitive information, adopt current tools and new technologies, and collaborate with your Team Leader or Manager to ensure consistent coverage and continuity of support.
Beyond core responsibilities, your role may include supporting events, training, projects, and ad-hoc tasks. Specific assignments may vary and will be determined by local team leaders and aligned with firm standards and requirements. Extensive training is provided, making this an excellent opportunity for early‑career, career changes, or experienced assistants seeking growth.
