Do you want to work on complex and pressing challenges—the kind that bring together curious, ambitious, and determined leaders who strive to become better every day? If this sounds like you, you’ve come to the right place.

Your Impact

You will scope and prioritize study needs, gather and synthesize company, industry, and economic data from diverse sources, and translate findings into actionable insights for real business challenges.
Your role will focus on delivering analysis and expert recommendations on marketing and sales topics, such as new product development, consumer insights, brand positioning, and channel strategies. You’ll present these insights to clients in McKinsey’s standard, ensuring clarity and impact. Additionally, you’ll conduct interviews with internal experts and external best-practice leaders, distilling key learnings under tight deadlines.
As a trusted thought partner, you’ll collaborate with clients and teams to solve problems, share emerging business trends, and co-create actionable strategies, driving the digital transformation of marketing efforts.
You will also contribute to building firm knowledge in the marketing and sales function, delivering fact-packs, industry white paper, knowledge nuggets, qualification packs, methodology guide, etc. along with your engagement experience in the firm.
