Do you want to work on complex and pressing challenges—the kind that bring together curious, ambitious, and determined leaders who strive to become better every day? If this sounds like you, you’ve come to the right place.

Your Impact

As a Recruiter in our Tokyo office, you will take ownership of the delivery of exceptional talent to the firm from cultivation and attraction to assessment and selection.
You will focus on hiring for one of our growing offices in Asia and will work with a dedicated team of recruiters and the leadership team to drive all aspects of the recruiting process.
In this role, you will develop recruitment strategies, build trust based relationships with internal clients and work to quickly understand their talent needs. You will manage the end to end assessment process to ensure success of new hires. You will be based in Tokyo as part of our Japan recruiting team. You will be an ambassador for the firm and ensure each candidate receives individualized attention and has a supportive experience as they progress through the interview process. In addition, you will have the opportunity to lead and/or contribute to projects both within the recruiting arena and in other areas you might be interested in across Japan and Asia.
