You will develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy, aligned with the company’s overall objectives and client demands. You will be required to lead the end-to-end product development process, including defining requirements, prioritizing features, and managing the product roadmap to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including IT, security, compliance, engineering, procurement, support, user research, adoption, legal, and customer success teams to gather feedback, address challenges, and ensure alignment on product priorities.
You will conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user interviews to identify market trends, opportunities, and user needs, and translate insights into actionable product requirements. You will provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the Identity Governance Administration (IGA) and Identity and Access Management (IAM) teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence, and empowering team members to achieve their full potential.
