You will work at the core of bridging client business challenges with the capabilities of our Periscope ® solution. You will be required to master the methodology embedded into the solutions and develop a deep understanding of the domain/function (across pricing, promotions and/ or assortment), to clearly articulate the benefits of the solution to clients, both external and internal, and how they are implemented in an organization.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with Periscope® leadership and client representatives to tackle complex business challenges through joint problem-solving sessions. You will play a key role in driving process improvements to enhance efficiency and accelerate the transition to a steady state. By engaging with the product development team, you will provide ongoing feedback to refine solutions and identify opportunities to enhance or add features, ensuring Periscope® delivers actionable insights aligned with client needs.
You will support clients in their usage of Periscope® solution and engage with client sponsors as well as program leadership on a regular basis to drive user adoption and drive the process of converting and enriching client raw data and deliver the insights related to the business challenges at stake.
You will act as a bridge to client requirement and solution capability and structure and configure the Periscope® solution as per client needs. For this, you may have to master analytics/methodology embedded and the data concepts related to Periscope® functional or sector domains.
You will also facilitate client user acceptance testing (“UAT”) to help client with any tool-related issues and work closely with internal product team members to ensure issues reported get resolved on priority.
You will be responsible for analyzing information on client needs and sales opportunities, providing insights into key market trends and product competitiveness, identifying opportunities for upgrade or additional training, and working with the digital delivery team to align execution dates and operative tasks.
You will be based in our Costa Rica office, working as part of the Periscope® team—a dynamic, fast-growing, and highly visible group within our Marketing & Sales Solutions practice and the broader firm. As a member of the data delivery team, you will have the opportunity to develop deep expertise in the domain and contribute to impactful client outcomes.
