Your Impact

As a Fellow Senior Delivery Manager, you will support a leading manufacturer and will be focused on sales and commercial transformation programs. You will act as a hands-on transformation leader, working closely with the client to drive sustainable sales growth and commercial excellence.
You will help lead the end-to-end transformation of the client’s sales function, ensuring that strategic priorities translate into measurable results. Your role requires strong client engagement skills and the ability to drive transformation while working closely with stakeholders on a daily basis—challenging performance, driving accountability, and ensuring disciplined execution.
Your focus will include accelerating customer acquisition, delivering sales growth, and embedding best-in-class sales practices across B2B and/or B2C channels. You will support and drive sales transformation initiatives such as go-to-market optimization, account management excellence, performance management systems, and capability building across the commercial organization.
In addition to the core sales transformation agenda, you will contribute to other strategic initiatives and business priorities that emerge during the transformation journey, ensuring alignment across functions and sustainable impact.

Your qualifications and skills

  • Bachelor’s degree with a strong record of academic achievement
  • 8+ years of experience primarily in Industry (consulting experience acceptable but not target)
  • Experience leading Sales teams/functions and Transformation programs
  • Demonstrated experience in Customer Acquisition, Sales Growth, and Sales Transformation
  • Experience within B2B or B2C Sales environments
  • Strong client-facing skills with ability to drive accountability and execution on a daily basis
  • Action-oriented with strong pragmatic problem-solving capabilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication skills in English and local office language(s)
