You will be based in our London office and will be part of our Growth, Marketing & Sales Practice. The practice strives to help clients in both consumer and business-to-business environments on a wide variety of marketing and sales topics, and its mission is to help clients achieve marketing-driven profit growth.
Working together with clients from all major industries will be at the core of your responsibilities. You will deliver real impact by helping clients transform their marketing strategy and operations to power growth through digital expertise.
In this role you'll support top organizations to leverage digital to deepen their connection with customers and to drive revenue growth quickly. This digital expertise can cut across campaigning, journey optimization, personalization, technology (MarTech/AdTech) and data/measurements. You will work closely with client teams to assess their current capabilities, develop strategic digital sales plans, and implement impactful initiatives that drive growth.
You will identify and leverage opportunities to achieve business objectives, managing and optimizing launch campaigns across both paid and owned channels. This includes designing and executing A/B tests to improve conversion rates and using performance metrics to inform decisions. You will guide clients in defining their vision and delivering execution roadmaps for mar-tech and ad-tech platform implementation, enabling enhanced customer experience through digital marketing strategies and technology.
Drawing on your subject matter expertise, you will establish and deliver performance marketing programs that accelerate customer acquisition and maximize customer value across channels. You’ll translate client needs into clearly defined use cases, make strategic decisions on an ambitious roadmap, evaluate value and feasibility, and prioritize ROI-driven initiatives such as retail media networks, personalization at scale, privacy-safe growth, and direct-to-consumer activation. Additionally, you will be responsible for gathering and interpreting information, distilling complex data into clear, actionable insights, and presenting recommendations to senior non-technical stakeholders, both verbally and through written materials such as PowerPoint.
On a day-to-day basis, you will collaborate with colleagues from around the world as well as outside of the Growth, Marketing & Sales Practice to help leading organizations solve their most complex problems. From day one you will be exposed to senior McKinsey leaders and executive level clients and will also work on projects outside of the digital marketing space.
