Your Impact

You will implement transformation projects across sectors, ensuring long-term impact delivery.
In this role, you will support leadership and client teams in workstreams; as you gain experience, you will gradually assume responsibility for managing workstreams largely independently.
You will support client meetings and workshops to achieve the project's objectives together. You will contribute to the development of the firm through participation in internal projects. You will grow in a stimulating and human environment where quality of life at work is important.
You’ll be based in our office in Warsaw, Budapest or Prague office as part of Orphoz Central Europe, where our mission is to carry out the most complex transformation projects for our clients.
With only 1/3 of transformations being successful and sustainable, you will help to change this. At Orphoz, we aspire to help our clients to achieve one of their biggest challenges: making their transformation plans really happen. Our day-to-day work is to support large private sector clients who need to adapt their operating models to accelerated changes of their environment, by combining agility, sustainable efficiency, and employee engagement.

Your qualifications and skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, economics or engineering with a strong record of academic achievement
  • 2+ years of experience in project management or PMO delivery preferably in consulting
  • Proven professional experience in business transformation (capability building, organizational structure, set up transformation office, M&A implementation, restructuring or turnaround, operational excellence) and would also consider finance transformation or supply chain transformation
  • Private sector industry experience such as: FIG (financial services, insurance), manufacturing, logistics, Industry, FMCG, Automotive or Retail sector experience is nice to have
  • Driven by creating long-lasting impact and enjoy working with people to achieve results
  • Strong pragmatic problem-solving skills
  • Enjoying flexibility and agility that is required in a consulting environment
  • Fluent in local language and English (native or equivalent)
  • Flexibility to travel for projects
