This program offers you an opportunity to meet talented women from your region and prepare together for your McKinsey interviews. You will also get inspired by women leaders at McKinsey and improve your communication skills during our workshops.

You can either apply as a generalist consultant or to a role focused on one of our business functions, listed on the regional pages. When applying for a generalist role, please select the locations you have ties with, such as any you have lived in or any where you speak the local language. When applying for a business function role, please consider which industry you have experience in.

You should apply to no more than two roles. Once we receive your application, we will review your experience and background, and in some cases we may suggest you move forward with a different role that may be more aligned with your background than the one you originally applied to.

Applications will be accepted until January 31, 2023. Interview preparation will take place between November 2022 and February 2023, and interviews will be held on a rolling basis. Interviews will include at least two conversations with McKinsey consultants.

• Celebration event: February 2, 2023: Successful candidates will be invited to a celebration event during which you will learn about Women at McKinsey and our research, listen to inspirational women speakers, get to know other selected candidates from across Europe and network in small groups
• Interview preparation sessions: February 7-9, 2023; and February 14-16, 2023: During the three-day program, you will learn about our personal-experience interviews, practice solving business cases and reflect on how to approach your interviews with a positive mindset. We will also offer a workshop on storytelling.
• Interviews: February – March 2023
