Companies from a range of sectors and industries around the world open their doors to tell their transformation story. Each Go & See visit is led by a host organization – not McKinsey – so participants can hear directly about best practices from fellow leaders. The conversation may delve into topics such as what inspired their transformation, how it progressed, and where the company is today. We offer a portfolio of these visits in multiple formats: 2-3 hour virtual sessions or half/full day in-person sessions, multi-client or bespoke.
The McKinsey Go & See program creates opportunities for organizations considering a large-scale transformation program to learn from peers at other organizations who have undertaken a similar journey. These visits may focus on topics such as embarking on a new digital strategy, agile at scale, data and analytics, and reimagining customer journeys, among others.
What we do
A Go & See allows participants to connect with front-line employees and managers about their transformation experience, as well as see live examples of the new way of working. With McKinsey in the background, hosts openly reflect on successes and challenges, sharing personal anecdotes and leading open discussion with participants.
