Understanding the home page and programs
Once you sign in, you will be taken to your home page. From your home page, you can:
- View all your assigned programs
- Select a program to start and enter program
Understanding your program page
- Once you enter a program you will see a list of modules that need to be completed for that program
- This page will highlight your progress and help you navigate your learning journey
- The modules will contain components with various learning materials and experiences such as:
- Digital
- Workshops
- Surveys
- Navigate the modules and subsequent components to complete your learning journey
Navigating content within a digital component
- Update to “Digital” component
- Your program learning plans include self-guided program digital components, which contain lessons on various topics and interactive content.
- Once you launch a digital course, select ‘Start now’ or ‘Continue’ to start moving through content pages.
- In the top left, select the menu ☰ to view all pages within a module. Use this menu to navigate to a different page.
- Keep the video and anything related to Elucidat her
Navigating a workshop component
- If applicable to your program, you will see a workshop component in your journey
- A workshop may be virtual or in-person
- This component will share the summary, objectives, logistics, and materials related to the workshop
Navigating back to the learning plan
- Once you have complete a component, you can navigate back to your module or program page in the following ways:
- Using the breadcrumbs at the top of your screen
- Using the back arrow on your browser to go back a page
- Clicking the “McKinsey” logo at the top left of your screen to navigate back to the home page, where you can re-enter your program page
Accessing your resources from the home page
Find all your resources, including supplemental readings, key takeaways, and more, in one place by selecting “Resource library” from the program or module landing pages.
