Scaling smarter sales execution with AI
Reckitt was already using data, AI, and modern technology to make smarter decisions about pricing, promotions, and assortment for its health and hygiene products. The next opportunity was translating that commercial strategy into better execution at the store level.
Across thousands of stores, field teams and sales partners needed to know where to focus, what issues to fix, and which actions would have the greatest impact.
Working with McKinsey, Reckitt built Smart Execution, combining AI, real-time data, and new ways of working to translate millions of signals into prioritized store-level actions. The transformation improved in-store display compliance to about 70 percent or better in the United States and helped deliver sales uplifts of roughly 2 percent in major modern-trade markets and 5 to 6 percent in traditional-trade-led markets such as Brazil.
Read the case study to see how Reckitt turned AI-enabled sales execution into a scalable capability that helps frontline teams focus their efforts, strengthen retailer partnerships, and unlock growth.
