Heloisa leads McKinsey’s Operations Practice in Brazil. She is deeply experienced in helping organizations benefit from significant transformation through streamlining operations, improving digital services, and elevating the consumer experience. She supports clients across a wide range of industries including retail, banking, food, fashion, and electronics, helping organizations achieve full potential through holistic and sustainable transformation.
Heloisa also leads McKinsey’s diversity and inclusion initiative in Latin America. Prior to joining McKinsey, she was a senior consultant at Roland Berger.
