Zaid is a partner based in Dubai, working at the intersection of strategy, performance transformation, and AI. He focuses on complex, multiyear situations where leadership, execution, and technology must move together to deliver results at scale.
With over 20 years’ experience across the GCC, Europe, Asia, and the United States, he has led transformations across government, infrastructure, telecom, and financial services.
His recent client work includes:
- leading a GCC telecom transformation, delivering $1.5 billion profit projection/uplift and about $540 million capex savings
- advising a telecom group on 5G, digital platforms, and AI-driven business models, including launching growth strategy targeting $1 billion revenue uplift
- leading one of the most ambitious AI-enabled transformations of a major Middle East utility, targeting +$0.5 billion worth of efficiency gains
- leading a multi-entity, city-scale transformation across government and infrastructure systems, delivering $250 million saving and helping elevate experience and quality of life
- steering a European bank transformation delivering more than $2 billion in impact
- leading a European utility transformation with over 300 initiatives and more than $2 billion value
- leading a consumer turnaround delivering $500 million value and doubling share price in 18 months
