Scott’s recent engagement experience includes the following:
- supporting a multiyear merchandising transformation (price, promotions, and clearance) at a top US specialty pet retailer
- leading a multiyear project to design and deploy a base pricing solution for a major US grocer
- leading the development and delivery of promotion and assortment solutions at one of the largest US grocers, achieving $1 billion in client impact
- launching a grocery vendor portal to transform the way 4,000+ vendors propose promotional funding at a US grocer
- optimizing promotions through advanced analytics and software installation at a large US drugstore chain
- supporting a multiyear pricing transformation via new solution capabilities at a large US drugstore chain
- serving as a content expert for promotion optimization at a large US beauty specialty retailer
- leading design of personalization at a US apparel department store
Prior to working at McKinsey, Scott led global technology, strategy, and process optimization programs for North American retail clients as a senior manager at Accenture.
Scott has a dual degree from the University of Pittsburgh in industrial engineering and economics (magna cum laude).
