With deep expertise in strategy development, Sarah has partnered with leading philanthropies to craft macro-level strategies and targeted initiatives across diverse focus areas collectively representing billions of dollars in philanthropic capital. Her work spans the full strategy life cycle—from research and evidence reviews to developing theories of change, structuring investments, and building multi-funder coalitions to amplify collective impact. She also brings extensive experience in public-facing research, including large-scale consumer surveys, qualitative interviews, and data analysis, to uncover actionable insights that drive progress.
A significant focus of Sarah’s work is dedicated to advancing gender equity. She collaborates with clients to address critical issues such as reducing the unpaid care burden, expanding women’s access to income-generating opportunities, and removing barriers to enable all to thrive in industries like technology and healthcare.
