Santiago Fernández is a partner in McKinsey’s Madrid office and leads Leap by McKinsey in Iberia, which works with established organizations to imagine, build, and scale new businesses. Santiago focuses on helping clients develop the capabilities needed to accelerate sustainable and inclusive growth.
