Robin works with hospital systems and payors in Latin America and the United States to develop and implement clinical programs to improve quality of care, improve the efficiency of care delivery, and reduce the cost of care. He leads McKinsey’s Clinical Operations Excellence service line and pharmacy work, and is a member of the Health Systems & Services Practice.

Prior to joining McKinsey, Robin was a clinical researcher at the Duke Clinical Research Institute. His focus was on innovative care delivery models and physician adherence to clinical guidelines.
