Lotte has a deep passion for oncology and neurology that has shaped her career from the start; she completed her PhD in precision medicine in brain cancer at Erasmus Medical Center before pursuing an MBA, a combination that underpins her ability to connect scientific depth with strategic thinking. Within McKinsey, she leads our submission excellence work and is a core practitioner of the firm’s development excellence services, contributing to thought leadership on R&D productivity, regulatory innovation, and external innovation strategy.
