Kunal is the leader of McKinsey Transformation in Southeast Asia with a particular focus on the real estate and infrastructure sectors across the region. Kunal’s expertise spans growth, productivity, organization, and capability building.
Examples of Kunal’s recent client work include:
- leading a transformation for a Thailand-based OEM to double their revenue in three years while delivering higher profitability and new capabilities
- leading a two-year digital transformation for a power sector player in Thailand to improve productivity and reduce operating costs
- supporting a multi-country, multi-asset-class player on a comprehensive cost review to enable ROIC improvements
- supporting a Vietnamese real estate developer with their growth transformation, building their growth strategy and improving monetization potential of their land parcel
Prior to joining McKinsey, Kunal had several years of on-the-ground project management experience with Alstom Power (now GE).
