Kaushik brings two decades of experience working with global organizations, including various leadership positions in IT, supply chain, and business transformation at Tata Steel in Europe.
He has worked with global metals, chemicals, energy, and agriculture companies to transform organizations and implement various technology solutions leading to business value. He has a specific interest and expertise in supply chain planning transformations, touching end-to-end value chains—from commercial to operations.
Kaushik is passionate about supporting education for children from non-privileged backgrounds and also enjoys playing tennis and traveling with his family in his spare time.
