Her work is at the intersection of consumer behavior, commerce, and technology. Jessica helps both B2C and B2B organizations build modern growth engines spanning portfolio strategy, brand positioning, digital marketing, content development, and emerging AI and agentic capabilities. Drawing on deep experience in consumer businesses, she helps organizations modernize how they engage consumers across the full journey.
Jessica plays a leading role in advancing McKinsey’s commercial diversification and operating model capabilities, including health-media platforms and content-monetization models that support better consumer engagement. Her work spans strategy and operations, supporting leadership teams as they translate innovative capabilities into scalable growth and more effective conversion.
Prior to joining McKinsey, Jessica held senior leadership roles at multiple consumer start-ups in the health, wellness, and pet sectors, where she led innovation, operations, sales, and marketing. Earlier in her career, she worked in investment banking, advising consumer-focused companies on strategic and financial transactions.
