Holly works with organizations to help them translate strategy into sustained behavior change and performance. As a leader in McKinsey’s People & Organizational Performance Practice, she focuses on the role of leadership, HR, and culture in building resilient, high-performing organizations, including perspectives on talent strategy, hybrid work, and AI readiness at scale.

  • leading enterprise-wide culture and organizational-health transformations for large companies, helping embed leadership behavior, decision making, and execution discipline into broader performance agendas
  • developing and scaling capability-building programs for frontline and senior leaders, including inclusive-leadership and culture-change programs delivered to thousands of participants
  • helping organizations prepare for AI transformation by assessing organizational readiness, defining role-based capability needs, and supporting responsible AI adoption
