Guido leads the Telecommunications, Media and Technology Practice in Europe. Based in Milan, Guido has worked throughout the region for more than 20 years and served many leading companies across the broad telecommunications, media, and technology spectrum. He has advised telecom operators, equipment manufacturers, publishers, broadcasters, and service providers. Guido helps companies articulate both organic and inorganic growth strategies, define and execute innovative go-to-market approaches, and drive performance improvement, both via ad-hoc interventions and radical multi-year corporate transformations.
