Having served clients in the automotive and manufacturing industry in Europe for over 10 years, Dominik leverages his global expertise in Japan to serve automotive OEMs, suppliers, and enterprises from adjacent industries on a broad range of topics.
His areas of expertise include procurement, product development, operational agility, and product and portfolio strategy, as well as company-wide performance transformations and growth initiatives.
Most recently, he has developed a growth strategy for the solutions business of an automotive company, supported a Japanese machinery company on its procurement transformation, and helped an Asian automotive company sustainably improve its material cost position.
Other examples of his recent work include the optimization of the product development system of a global automotive company to reduce time-to-market, lower hardware cost, and increase maturity; as well as the digitalization of a global automotive company's customer order management processes, from planning to delivery.
