Diogo’s expertise lies in helping clients navigate complex transformations, from redefining their strategic direction to optimizing operations and organizational structures. He is dedicated to supporting companies in their transition to more sustainable and integrated energy solutions.
Examples of his recent client experience include:
- leading the transformation of a major African NOC into an integrated energy company, redefining strategy, redesigning core processes, restructuring the organization, and embedding a more commercial culture
- supporting an African country’s long- and medium-term energy strategy, including plans to expand gas and renewables, raise electrification rates, and increase power capacity
- developing the low-carbon strategy for a leading European oil and gas operator across solar, batteries, hydrogen, e-mobility, and power
- leading the definition and execution of the transformation plan for a leading oil and gas company in Africa by launching and implementing various initiatives aimed at reducing costs, increasing production efficiency, and redesigning the organization
