Andrew is a partner based in our Toronto office. He is a leader in McKinsey’s Private Equity and Principal Investors Practice and focuses on North American portfolio company operations. Andrew serves investor and corporate clients on merger and acquisition topics in a variety of sectors, including consumer, retail, and industrial. He also works with small- to mid-sized PE-backed companies to develop robust growth and operational improvement plans on a range of functional topics.

Andrew has organized a series of high-profile industry round tables on how to design PE operations groups within buyout funds and enhance the value of PE-owned companies. He started his career in McKinsey’s New Jersey office and transferred to Toronto in 2010.
