Meet Gassan Al-Kibsi, regional managing partner for the Middle East

Gassan Al-Kibsi has been with the firm for over 20 years, having joined its Washington, DC, office in 1997. In 2000, he moved to the region as a founding member of McKinsey’s office in the Middle East. Gassan works with the public, private, and social sectors across the region to accelerate its economic and social transformation and develop next-generation talent.
