Ali leads the firm’s work in Pakistan. He has 17 years of experience working with clients across a broad range of functional areas including telecommunications, digital business building, and the public sector.

Ali’s passion for technology and digital led him outside McKinsey where he spent four years launching and scaling a digital business. Ali has also served several leading family-owned conglomerates. He led the portfolio review and restructuring exercise for a leading family-owned business resulting in substantial capital reallocation across sectors. Ali also supported one of the largest power companies in Pakistan to define its government affairs agenda and approach to encourage investment in the power sector.
