Our collaboration
We collaborated with leading researchers from NRI and several academic institutions on overcoming barriers in evidence-based care for people with severe mental illness. As part of this effort, we used a shared analytics platform to work with large administrative datasets covering insurance claims for antipsychotic medications. Working together, we used these platforms to co-develop novel insights on patient journeys for those receiving antipsychotic medications, as well as geographic variation in prescribing patterns which were published as metrics on our Vulnerable Populations Dashboard.
