Brain Economy Global Coordination Strategy

The McKinsey Health Institute partnered with the Milken Institute, the World Economic Forum, and the High Lantern Group to create a blueprint for global coordination around brain capital. The core outputs of this effort were published as part of the World Economic Forum and McKinsey Health Institute report "The human advantage: Stronger Brains in the Age of AI". This work challenged the field to establish a mechanism for global coordination via a dedicated coordinating entity focused on four core functions: knowledge development, thought leadership and communication, mobilization, and cross-sector coordination. Subsequent to this challenge, the Global Brain Economy Initiative was launched, building on the recommendations of this effort.
