Our collaboration
We are collaborating with the American Nurses Foundation (ANF) to measure and promote mental health and well-being of nurses in the United States. The ANF is the national philanthropic arm of the American Nurses Association and conducts research and provides education while advancing the nursing profession by serving as a thought leader, catalyst for action, convener, and funding conduit. Through our work together, we have identified trends and potential actions healthcare employers can take to create an environment that promotes mental health and well-being among nurses.
